Claude the Dog is back, this time with Pepper, the dachshund pup. Pepper packs some bones, leaves home and sets off to see the great wide world. Claude doesn't try to stop him, but ask if he can walk down the road with his friend. As they go along, they meet Lila the Goose, Nora the Goat, and Helen the Chicken, all with their growing families. And Claude gently nudges Pepper into realizing that it's nice to love someone, and be loved in return.
